What is Huel Hot & Savoury?

Huel Hot & Savoury is a range of nutritionally complete, plant-based hot meals, made with real whole food ingredients including rice, pasta, quinoa, vegetables, herbs and spices. Simply rehydrate with boiling water, leave for five minutes, and you've got a warm and tasty meal ready to go!

How do I prepare Hot & Savoury?

Caution: Hot contents! Do not shake. Do not screw on the lid if using the Huel pot.

Kettle instructions: You can make our Hot & Savoury simply by adding 200-250 ml of boiling water to two scoops of powder. Stir, cover loosely, and leave for five minutes. Enjoy!

Microwave instructions: Add two Instant Meal scoops and 200-250ml cold water to a heat-resistant container. Cover loosely and microwave on full power for 1 minute 30 seconds. Stir, re-cover loosely and microwave for one minute. Let it stand for five minutes and enjoy!

What is the difference between Huel Hot & Savoury and the rest of the Huel products?

Hot & Savoury contains a lot of the same core ingredients as the rest of the Huel range, but in their whole form. This includes flaxseed, pea protein, sunflower oil, and an essential vitamin and mineral blend. Unlike our original powdered meals, these are designed to be eaten hot and resemble traditional food in texture and flavour.

Can Huel Hot & Savoury help me lose weight?

Huel Hot & Savoury is not a weight loss product – it’s nutritionally complete food. Depending on your goals, you can use it to lose, maintain, or gain weight, or to simply improve your diet. Every Huel calorie is already worked out, so there’s no need to calculate it.

When will I receive my order?

UK Mainland: Orders over £45 placed before 8pm arrive in 2 business days.

Offshore UK (including Scottish Highlands): Delivery takes 2 business days for orders placed before 8pm.

International: Expect delivery in 3-5 business days.

For other items, Royal Mail delivers in 2-5 business days.

DPD will attempt delivery once, and if you’re not home, they’ll try your neighbour or a nearby Pickup parcelshop.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, but if you act fast, we can try to cancel. Contact us via email, or WhatsApp (9am-5pm) to request a change.

Can I return my order?

Yes! Unopened items can be returned within 30 days for a refund. For more details, take a look at our Returns Policy for more information.
